"EL MIRADOR"

"Mirador de la Serra" is a small well appointed single storey country retreat that is located at the foot of the "Sierra de Bernia" mountain, approximately 15 km. from Xaló, in the area of the "Marina Alta".
Situated within beautiful natural surroundings enjoying spectacular views of the "Sierra de Bernia" from its wonderful wide open terrace.
"Mirador de la Serra" has the benefit of two bedrooms, one double and the other one with two beds. The living room incorporates an open kitchen area. The main feature is the wood burning stove. Directly from the living room is a shower room with shower cubicle, wc, and wash hand basin. The spacious conservatory leads onto the terrace with an outdoor barbecue.
The property includes a paddock which extends approximately three quarters of an acre and has included many almond trees. This paddock provides ample grazing for two horses and has stabling for one.
The surrounding country side is ideally suitable for gentle hacking.

"EL RACONET"

Very comfortable mountain hut. Next to the house "El Mirador" but completely independent.

It has all the amenities: a kitchen, a shower room with shower cubicle, wc, and wash hand basin, a wood burning stove and a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

It has a big terrace with a fine view opened to a field with almond trees and in front of the "Sierra de Bernia".
